1. Pour hot water into a clean container (not included) and shake the roller gently in the container. Wash your face thoroughly with lukewarm water and clean the skin with 75% medical alcohol as well. 3. Apply nourishing serum or cream evenly to the skin. 4. Use a microneedle roller and gently massage your face with it. Massage each part of the face in all directions a total of 4-6 times. Take extra care when using to avoid accidental skin damage. Scroll vertically Start at the edge of the face and roll the roller from top to bottom. Avoid the eye area. Then lift the roller and start rolling from top to bottom over the same area again. Repeat 4-6 ×. Then move to the next part of the face and continue until you have treated the whole face. Scroll horizontally Start at the edge of the face and roll the roller from left to right.
